An Innovative Lightweight Electric Skateboard
  • - 4.1
The Maxfind Max4 Pro is a versatile full-sized electric skateboard with smooth operation and a solid powertrain. While there are several competing boards that match it on specs at a lower price, the low weight and quick-swap battery functionality make for a unique offering ideal for those who prefer something portable with adaptable range. The Max4 Pro shines in its built quality - all parts seem to play together really well from the strong deck and truck setup to the high-torque motors and Samsung battery packs. The customized Hobbywing ESC provides smooth acceleration and braking through the responsive low-latency remote and all in all it’s just a really pleasant ride.

Maxfind Max4 Pro Review
Overall, the Maxfind Max4 Pro was considerably enjoyable to ride. It requires a little bit of tweaking here and there to get it up to scratch. It doesn’t come set up to its optimum out of the box. For those that prefer a stiff deck, I think this has a nice sweet spot between being stiff and being able to absorb as much of the vibrations as possible. Don’t get me wrong, you’ll still feel the road beneath your feet. Another great aspect of having a stiff deck is the ability to slide. I’m not a great slider, but I gave it a whirl and I was surprised at how much more control over the deck I had as oppose to when riding a flexible deck. It’s definitely geared towards commuters and beginners who maybe want to learn how to slide.

Maxfind Max 4 Pro Review – Can it compete?
Max 4 Pro is still not about price vs value proposition. Think of it this way For $619, you get a package that: Shares the same spec with regular $400 entry-level eskate, but Waterproof, Hot-swappable battery, Easy deck swap (It’s a drive kit!) Slightly better ride feel (and torque) Better polish, I’d say it’s worthy of the price. All in all, the Max 4 Pro is a nice board that we enjoyed, but I suspect that many buyers would opt for the $569 Drive Kit Pro, as it’s actually the real MVP here.

Maxfind Max 4 Pro Electric Skateboard Review 2021: Best For Commuting?
  • - 4
On our scorecard, it reaches a 4/5 rating which is pretty good compared to other competitors. There is no such thing as a perfect electric skateboard, but it does have some quality and unique features that other boards don’t. It is also equipped with an intelligent battery management system, which can provide protection against short circuits, overcurrent, double overcharge, double overcharge, abnormal temperature, etc. We really like the Maxfind Max 4 Pro electric skateboard for many reasons. With the best combination of speed, range, and design, it is really hard to compare to any other board available in the market.
