Exway Flex Review
eskatehub.com
Overall, the Exway Flex is incredible. If you’re looking for your first electric skateboard, the Flex is perfect. It has great stability to help you build confidence, the deck absorbs a lot of vibrations and it’s really easy to control. But it’s not just for beginners. Seasoned eskate veterans will love the carveability (not a real word, but it should be) of the Flex, and the ability to customize your ride experience to be just the way you like it with the app. It’s money very well spent.

Exway Flex Review: The People’s Board
electricskateboardhq.com
The Flex is a budget board. Which normally would mean low grade components and subpar build quality. This is absolutely not the case here. The Flex is actually a premium board disguised as a budget board. Let’s start with the deck. True to the Flex’s name, the deck is fairly flexy, yet retains good rebound and not too much torsion. There are extreme wheel flairs which mean you can install fairly large wheels, probably over 100mm, however the flairs may be polarizing for some if you don’t like that kind of thing. I personally liked bracing against them on acceleration and so did most people who tried it, but there were a couple people who couldn’t get super comfortable with the flairs.

Better than Boosted at half the price?

All in all, I think the Exway Flex is an awesome board. It has great upgrades, a comfortable deck, strong braking, great throttle response and is a steal at $649 to $699. Seriously, the other manufacturers are going to need to scramble to produce something better than this.
